Just imagine it is future, and some very strong truth in advertising laws are passed, and it is not that big strech of the imagination that certain industries would take this to the logical extreme. (Hmmm, maybe trademarking Death Sticks Light would be a good investment in the future. :) Even if not it still strikes me as funny, and hopefully it is good for a laugh or two.)
