It is nice to know that there is a strip out there, which is funny, irreverent, and can make fun of itself. So here is some fan art for Mayberry Melonpool. This is quite simply amazing strip, and I do not just say that to appeaze Mayberry, and his never ending, and always amuzing obsession with James Tiberius Kirk aka William Shatner. (Why would appeazing Mayberry be a useful thing you ask? Well you never know, and besides I respect trekkies who can make fun of themselves. And you do have to be a trekkie to make fun of it so effectively, and to come up with character like Mayberry in the first place. Besides by knowing what Jim Kirk's middle initial stands for I firmly label myself as one of the trekkies. It was only mentioned once in the original series after all.)
